Rob Wagoner, Senior Vice President of Heartland MLS, was honored at the recent Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) annual conference in Toronto, Canada as a graduate of the CMLX3 certification program. CMLX3 is the highest certification offered from CMLS, tailored specifically for senior MLS executives.

Wagoner has been with Heartland MLS and KCRAR for over 20 years, serving in roles including IT manager and data services manager before beginning his time as Vice President of MLS in 2019. Wagoner also serves on the Board of Directors for CMLS.
The CLMX3 certification focuses its curriculum on visionary leadership, business modeling, advocacy and policy, and high-level decision making through in-depth workshops, mentorship and capstone projects. Wagoner has also previously earned the CMLX1 and CMLX2 certifications.
He also holds the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) RED-B designation, which recognizes adoption of RESO data standards, improved understanding of data interoperability and industry logistics, and enhanced trust and credibility in the profession.
