Senior Vice President of Heartland MLS Rob Wagoner has been named to Inman’s 2026 MLS Power Executives list, honoring the individuals who are pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the MLS landscape.
“The MLS Power Executive awards honor the visionaries reshaping how MLSs serve the industry. Wagoner has been with Heartland MLS and KCRAR for over 20 years, serving in roles including IT manager and data services manager before beginning his time as Director of MLS in 2019. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS).
