Open house scheduling available for Coming Soon listings
Coming Soon listings now have the option in Matrix to schedule a future open house. Heartland MLS Rules & Regulations have not changed, and Coming Soon status listings still may not be shown until they are reclassified to Active status, and references to open houses are not permitted in Public Remarks. All open houses scheduled must be set to occur on or after the MLS active date.
If a circumstance arises where the MLS active date must be extended beyond the original date entered, the agent must cancel the scheduled open house(s) (not delete) before the system will allow changes to be submitted to the listing. If multiple open houses are scheduled, they must all be canceled prior to extending the MLS active date. Once the date is changed, the user may reactivate the future open houses.

Remine Insights is coming Sept. 1
Heartland MLS® will be transitioning from Remine Pro to Remine Insights on Sept. 1. Remine Insights combines nationwide public record data, ownership insights and market context into one view, giving users a 360° view of every property. Login and access will stay the same after the transition. No new account will be needed, and users can access it from the HMLS dashboard or directly via https://hmls.remine.com.
The new limitations of Insights vs. Pro are a drop from 10,000 to 3,500 properties in carts, contact information will cost $.20 per, Docs+ is not available and the Engage client portal is also not in Insights. However, those features are available as an upgrade to Pro, and which is available to Heartland MLS subscribers at the discounted rate of $49/mo or $499/year.
Reminder: New Matrix Listing Manager add/edit coming Sept. 15
The new Matrix Listing Manager will feature streamlined data entry, real-time error checking, required-field shortcuts, autosave, drag-and-drop photo and document management, enhanced photo viewer and a Photographer Portal. Agents will be able to invite their property photographers to upload photos directly into their listings, streamlining workflows. More information to come from Heartland MLS.
