Expansion of IntraMatrix to Miami and Silicon Valley
Heartland MLS subscribers can now search MLS data from the Miami REALTORS® MLS from within the Matrix system. Users can find this new option under “Data Partners” in the top menu on Matrix, along with previously established partners MARIS (St. Louis, Missouri), REcolorado (Denver, Colorado), First MLS (Atlanta, Georgia), Northwest MLS (Seattle, Washington) Williamsburg MLS (Eastern Virginia) and OMNI MLS (Mexico and Latin America), and coming later this month will be MLS Listings (Silicon Valley area). The addition of these two new MLS partnerships offer HMLS subscribers even more listing exposure as well as potential referral opportunities. Get more info about IntraMatrix.
Adoption of Delayed Marketing Exempt Listing Policy
During the first week of October, Heartland MLS will be adopting the National Association of REALTORS® Delayed Marketing Exempt listing policy. Under this policy, the listing agent/broker will be able to use the existing Display Listing Yes/No field to delay the public marketing of their listing through IDX and syndication for a time period directed by the seller. Delayed Marketing will be used with an Active status Listing, however, listing agents will be able to control if and when the listing will be included in the IDX and Syndication data feeds.
Removal of Incoming Status
At the end of September, Heartland MLS will be retiring the “Incoming” selection on the Status screen due to declined use. The status pertained only to a future, post-dated listing agreement.
