Heartland MLS will be launching a new mobile app called MLS-Touch for subscribers on July 13. The app is designed exclusively for real estate professionals and includes features such as search tools, listing and showing details, property history and instant comparables. Working hand-in-hand with HMLS Matrix, MLS-Touch will offer agents on-the-go access to listings.
MLS-Touch will be a benefit for subscribers of HMLS at no additional cost, with no in-app upselling. Users can brand the app to their own company, collaborate with their clients and track client activity within the app.
The app also offers hotsheets, market stats, Realist® tax data and deep integrations with Matrix™ and Client Portal that ensure client data flows seamlessly between all the platforms.
HMLS subscribers will be able to set up their free accounts with MLS-Touch on July 13.
- Go to either Apple Store or Google Play Store and search MLS Touch.
- Once downloaded, choose Kansas/Missouri in the State field.
- Select Heartland MLS.
- Log in using your Matrix username and password.
