What does diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) mean for you and your business? Where do you start? Are you missing opportunities because DEI is missing
KCRAR’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee works to empower real estate professionals to understand, reach out and provide services to consumers in our diverse communities, as well as provide support and education to further professional development.
The committee works throughout the year to provide opportunities for REALTORS® to learn and connect in meaningful ways including:
We encourage you to join our mission in serving our communities through continual education and a commitment to upholding Fair Housing.

Additional educational resources:
The National Association of REALTORS® offers a wealth of resources on many Fair Housing and inclusion related topics, including:
Accessibility resources:

Fair housing is more than a list of dos and don’ts, rights and penalties and mandatory continuing education. As stewards of the right to own, use and transfer private property, fair housing protects the livelihood and business of REALTORS® and depends on a free, open market that embraces equal opportunity.
REALTORS® recognize the significance of the Fair Housing Act and reconfirm their commitment to upholding fair housing law as well as their commitment to offering equal professional service to all in their search for real property.
Print a copy of the REALTOR® Fair Housing Declaration and post it in your office. Get more Fair Housing Resources on KCRAR’s Fair Housing page.
