REALTOR® Candidate Spotlight: Kenton Randolph

March 19, 2026 in Government Affairs

For Kenton Randolph, a desire to see economic and population growth in St. Joseph, Missouri is a motivation for his run for re-election to the St. Joseph City Council, on which he has served the last four years as Councilmember At-Large.

Randolph is a REALTOR®, broker, business owner and lifelong resident of St. Joseph. Through his business, Randolph Mobility & Wellness, he works to provide mobility solutions to those with differing abilities and needs. This experience has brought him perspective on the ways the city could help meet the varying needs of its residents.

“I have a client that has mobility-related issues, and he’d like to get out on Sundays to church and go to some activities that he wants to do, and we don’t have a transit system here that runs on Sundays, so I’m advocating for those to be enhanced,” Randolph said in an interview with the KCRAR RPAC Trustees.

Randolph believes infrastructure, public safety, schools and housing are the “core foundation” for St. Joseph.

“If we have those four things covered, I think any community can look forward to success,” he said.

During his term on City Council, Randolph has demonstrated a history of supporting initiatives that protect property rights, encourage homeownership and promote sustainable economic development. He believes infrastructure improvements could help retain future generations of residents. He is a strong advocate for community revitalization and beautification, recognizing the connection between well‑maintained public spaces, neighborhood pride and economic growth.

“We have been, and want to continue to be, attractive to people to come here, live here, work here, start their own businesses,” Randolph said. “The city is continually trying to hold people’s hands on coding and zoning and so forth with businesses just to make sure we can do everything we can to say ‘yes.’”

Kenton currently serves as the City Council representative to the Health Department and volunteers alongside his family for several nonprofit organizations. He and his wife, Maleea, are parents to two children.

Kenton Randolph is an RPAC‑supported candidate. RPAC is a nonpartisan, voluntary fund that supports candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to property rights, homeownership, and policies that foster thriving communities. The KCRAR RPAC Trustees evaluate candidates based on their record, engagement and alignment with issues that impact homeowners, businesses and neighborhoods.
