Recharge fan-favorite speaker Shay Hata will be taking the Recharge stage once again as keynote speaker on April 6, 2023 at the Overland Park Convention Center with two new sessions: “15 Unique Lead Generation Strategies” and “Double Your Business in One Year.”
“When my husband and I moved to Chicago, we didn’t know a single person in the Chicagoland area and I had never practiced real estate before,” Hata said, “yet I was able to quickly grow a successful real estate business and within four years was averaging $30M a year in sales.”
Hata will share her expertise on how she grew her business from one transaction to over 75 transactions per year in just four years in her session entitled, “15 Unique Lead Generation Strategies.” The lead generation strategies in this session will depart from just door knocking, calling FSBOs or working expireds.
In her second session, “Double Your Business in One Year,” Hata will share the systems that took her to $30 million per year in sales. She will discuss how attendees can treat their clients like gold, how to automate their communication to increase efficiency as well as unique client events, gifts, pop bys, mailings and more.
