These are questions national speaker Natalie Davis will answer in the KCRAR Leawood classroom on Sept. 26 at the “Transforming Your Business with DEI: Masterclass & Mixer.”
The KCRAR DEI Committee is bringing Davis to Kansas City to lead a broker session and an agent session during which she will share a “DEI Blueprint” for attendees to begin implementing in their businesses right away.
Davis will help real estate practitioners to develop an inclusive business model that goes beyond simply checking a diversity box and understanding it is more than doing the right thing, but a key competitive advantage in the ever-evolving industry and communities.
