KCRAR and Heartland MLS CEO Kipp Cooper and KCRAR member and ReeceNichols CEO Mike Frazier were named on the 2026 Swanepoel Power 200 list, published earlier this week. This annual list ranks “the most powerful leaders in the North American residential real estate brokerage industry,” according to its website.
Frazier appeared on the list for the first time this year, earning the #178 ranking. He is the President and CEO of ReeceNichols, a HomeServices of America company.
“[Frazier] has served as a crucial link between his corporate parent and its affiliated brokerages, particularly in the Midwest, helping to integrate shared technology and training across the organization’s portfolio of brands,” according to the Real Estate Almanac, publisher of the Swanepoel Power 200.
Cooper appeared at the #153 position for 2026, his fourth year featured on the list. He ranks as the nineteenth Association or MLS executive who appears on the list.
“Cooper… has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. In that time, he has lobbied for state and local REALTOR® associations in Nevada and New Hampshire,” according to the Real Estate Almanac.
T3 Sixty, creator of the Real Estate Almanac and Swanepoel Power 200, states on its website that ranks are based on the following criteria:
- Recent achievements and projected near-term impact on the industry
- The scale and power of an executive’s organization and their role within it
- Influence and reputation among industry peers
- Relative standing within their industry segment
