Heartland MLS users have access to showing analytics including number of showings, average showings per listing and number of listings in a price range through the BrokerBay Showing Insights feature.
Users can get started by accessing BrokerBay via the tile on the Heartland MLS Clareity Dashboard or the External Links menu on the Heartland MLS Matrix Homepage. From within BrokerBay, users can then access the Showing Insights feature from under the “Analytics” tab in the left-hand menu.
The Insights panel can be customized to drill down from all Heartland MLS on-market listings to specific cities and zip codes by property types and bedrooms. The information is then presented in a graphic chart with activity details below and with the ability to download a report.
