Heartland MLS IntraMatrix Expands to Pacific Northwest and Williamsburg, Virginia
Heartland MLS users can now search MLS data from Northwest MLS and Williamsburg MLS from within the Matrix system. The IntraMatrix ability originally launched in Heartland MLS in Spring 2024 with MARIS (St. Louis, Missouri), REcolorado (Denver, Colorado) and First MLS (Atlanta, Georgia). The addition of these two new MLSs offer HMLS subscribers even more listing exposure as well as potential referral opportunities. ‘Pre MLS’ is to Become ‘Coming Soon’
To align with industry standards, Heartland MLS will be renaming its current “Pre MLS” status to “Coming Soon.” Along with this change, users will soon have the option to syndicate Coming Soon listings if the seller wishes to. This change will take effect in Heartland MLS Matrix in the coming weeks.
‘Property Conditions’ Now Available for Open House Search
A new “Property Conditions” field, featuring options such as “Under Construction,” has been added to the Open House Search in Heartland MLS Matrix. As suggested by Heartland MLS subscribers, this allows users to easily exclude or only include properties that may show in open house results every day, such as homes under construction.
Down Payment Resource Offering Webinars for HMLS Agents
Saving for a down payment can still be a major obstacle for many aspiring homeowners. Down Payment Resource (DPR) is available to Heartland MLS subscribers at no additional cost to help them find down payment assistance for their eligible buyers. DPR will be hosting four webinars during February to help agents learn more about down payment programs and how DPR can help them help their clients. Find a session.
Reminder: CoreLogic Branding Center
The CoreLogic Branding Center allows users to update their branding to Matrix emails, MLS-Touch and OneHome all at once. Users will find the Branding Center in Matrix by selecting their name in the top right corner and selecting Manage Branding, or in the Settings page. Additionally, users can access the Branding Center from within MLS-Touch or the OneHome Agent Portal. Get more info about the Branding Center.
