Customizable Property Flyers Through RPR
The new Property Flyer Template from RPR (Realtors Property Resource) gives REALTORS® a modern, easy-to-use tool for marketing their listings. As part of RPR’s Next Gen Reports, the flyer features an intuitive, drag-and-drop editor, enabling users to select the property image, customize the headline, feature up to 10 property facts and more. Two-Factor Authentication Coming to Matrix
To help increase security, Heartland MLS subscribers will be asked to establish two-factor authentication beginning June 24. Subscribers will have the option to authenticate logins via email or text message. After two-factor authentication is established, those logging in will only be prompted through the two-factor authentication process if the system detects suspicious login behavior or if the user requests to change their password. More information will be coming soon to HMLS subscribers and participants.
Changes to User Experience for Heartland MLS Login via KCRAR.com
Beginning May 6, all single sign on links into Heartland MLS from KCRAR.com will be directed through the HMLS Clareity Dashboard. This means that users who are already logged in on KCRAR.com and click any link into the Heartland MLS Matrix system will be directed to their HMLS dashboard for access to all Heartland MLS tools, such as BrokerBay, RPR, Cloud CMA and more.
Reminder: ‘Pre MLS’ is Becoming ‘Coming Soon’
To align with industry standards, Heartland MLS will be renaming its current “Pre MLS” status to “Coming Soon,” effective May 6. Later this spring, inclusion of “Coming Soon” listings in IDX and syndication data feeds will be allowed. The default will be to allow syndication to IDX and outside portals. If the seller does not wish to syndicate their listing during this status, the listing agent will need to modify the “Internet Display Listing” field to “No.”
