The updated KCRAR Residential forms and contracts for 2020
will be available Monday, Dec. 16 for member use. The KCRAR Forms Committee,
chaired by Susan Bowers, reviewed a number of member suggestions for changes and
revised 19 residential contract forms. While some of the changes made to were
very minor, there were a few significant changes that every member who lists
and sells residential property should be aware of. Bowers explained the most
significant changes in the video below.
KCRAR recommends that all members discontinue use of the
2019 forms as soon as practical, or by Feb. 1, 2020 at the latest. All 2020
forms will display a 2020 copyright date at the bottom of the last page of each
