Supra to Stop Support of DisplayKeys

July 26, 2019 in KCRAR

Supra will no longer support DisplayKeys in KCRAR
jurisdiction beginning Jan. 1, 2020. This means all KCRAR DisplayKey users must
upgrade their service to the Supra eKey before Dec. 31 and start experiencing
the extra features and benefits the eKey provides.

The cost of the eKey is $20.35 per month and is set up to
automatically charge to the user’s debit card, credit card or bank account. The
cost of the DisplayKey will be going up to $33.54 per month effective Sept. 1.

Not only does the eKey come at a lower cost per month than
the DisplayKey, but it also maximizes efficiency and has added benefits built
into the eKey application on your phone. Instead of carrying around a separate
key, eKey holders can access their Supra Keys from their smart phones. The eKey
does not require a special cradle or cord to update either.

The eKey also allows agents to more easily monitor showings
on their listings, track their lockbox inventory, read and update their lockbox
shackle codes, look up CBS codes and more all from the Supra app on their
phones.

KCRAR members currently using the DisplayKey must switch to
eKey before Jan. 1, 2020. Agents can switch by visiting kcrar.com/ekey to make the switch before the
next six-month invoice, download the Supra app on their phones and returning
their old DisplayKeys and cradles to KCRAR within 30 days of switching.
