Heartland MLS recently added a new resource to quickly navigate from a listing within Matrix to its corresponding listing on Remine. The “Remine Property Detail Info” link is located with the quick links under the general property description.
The single sign on connection between Matrix and Remine brings users directly into their Remine Pro account from listing link. From there, they can leverage the agent-client connection on Remine such as creating a property report using tax record information or share the property with clients by sending a Remine-generated and designed email.
From the listing page in Remine, agents can also navigate to the listing office’s Remine page, which shows office-specific data, including average days on market, total active listings and more.
Heartland MLS introduced Remine Pro as a subscriber benefit earlier this year. The modern-designed platform offers integrations with public and tax records for a simplified user experience. Heartland MLS subscribers can learn how to take advantage of all Remine Pro offers at an upcoming webinar on July 20, and more sessions are continually added to the education calendar in the KCRAR Member Portal.
