KCRAR has opened nominations and applications for this year’s annual awards. It is seeking submissions of exceptional REALTORS® and Industry Partners deserving of recognition for their work. Members may nominate themselves or others online at kcrar.com/awards by 5 p.m. on Sept. 19.
Each year, the KCRAR Awards Committee selects a recipient in each of the award categories to be honored at the Holiday Party in December. Each award recipient will carry the title as that award’s 2025 honoree. Many past award winners have gone on to achieve business honors and leadership roles, such as 2024 REALTOR® of the Year, Jessica Thomas, who is the 2025 President-Elect for Heartland MLS.
“I was deeply honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year in 2024,” Thomas said. “To be nominated by my peers and recognized for my service to the industry was truly humbling and incredibly meaningful. This award is a reminder of how much I value giving back to the profession and the community that has given me so much.”
