Kansas REALTORS® has announced the election of Kyle Niemann as its 2027 Vice President, recognizing his strong leadership record and deep involvement across local, state and national levels of the REALTOR® organization.
A working broker, Niemann brings a valuable blend of real-world industry experience and association leadership. His service with Heartland MLS spans eight years on its Board of Directors, where he has held key leadership roles including President, President-Elect and Past President. In addition, he has contributed as an HMLS tech trainer and RPR Certified Trainer, helping fellow REALTORS® stay competitive through education and practical tools.
At the local level, Niemann has been actively involved with the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR), serving on the Board of Directors as both a Director and Presidential Appointee, as well as on the Executive Committee. His leadership extends to multiple committees, including chairing Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee and the Kansas Advocacy Committee.
Niemann currently serves as Kansas REALTORS® Zone 1 Vice President and is an active member of the organization’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. His contributions also include service on Budget and Finance, RPAC Trustees and Government Affairs, along with past leadership roles on the Vision Team, Professional Development Task Force and Opportunities Advisory Board.
Nationally, he is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Data Strategies Committee and has attended numerous NAR conferences. Beyond the REALTOR® organization, Niemann has been appointed twice by the Kansas Governor to serve on the INK Board of Directors, further demonstrating his commitment to public service.
Known for thoughtful governance, financial stewardship and clear communication, Niemann is well-positioned to help guide Kansas REALTORS® into the future.
