Heartland MLS will soon be introducing four new required
fields for listing input. These fields
were among those included in the Enhanced Listing Challenge program launched by
Heartland MLS in 2016 to encourage more complete listing data within the MLS.
Results from the Enhanced Listing program combined with agent feedback were
supportive of the benefits of making four of these fields required for all
listings.
The following fields will soon be required for all new
listings entered into Heartland MLS. The official date of this new requirement
will be announced in the coming weeks.
- Above & below grade finished square footage (with
source field) - Lot size (with source field)
- Detailed directions
- Minimum of one photo relevant to the property
