Realist Insights Dashboard
Just launched last month, Heartland MLS users will now see an updated dashboard when they navigate to the “Realist Tax” tab from within Matrix. This new dashboard provides users with a centralized hub for essential property and market intelligence, making it easier to access market trends, industry insights, saved searches and more. Matrix Version 11.2
The Matrix system will be getting an update this quarter, bringing with it refinements designed to enhance users’ daily workflows, improve their search experience and optimize their ability to evaluate client activity. With this update, users can expect to find:
- Redesigned dashboard: Faster access to essential tools and information.
- New client activity timeline: Valuable insights on high priority active clients, and their recent activities, right from the Dashboard.
- Improved ‘My Matrix’ saved search and auto email pages: Makes it easier to stay organized in the office and on the go.
Upon launch, users will have the option to switch to the new dashboard under their name in the top right corner. Learn more.

Heartland MLS is partnering with a voice property search portal to make all HMLS listings accessible on Amazon’s Alexa-enabled devices, including the Alexa mobile app. Not only will this make HMLS data more accessible to blind or visually impaired consumers, but it will also reach audiences who frequently interact with voice technology. Launching near the beginning of March, find it on any Alexa device by saying, “Alexa, start Finding Homes.”
Down Payment Resource Integration with Matrix
Members of KCRAR already have access to a Down Payment Resource on KCRAR.com that allows agents and consumers to find out what assistance resources may be available to them. Beginning later this quarter, that resource will be integrated into the Heartland MLS Matrix system and customer portal to allow users to see what properties qualify for assistance right on the listing.
