KCRAR is now accepting applications for director candidates to serve on the KCRAR Board of Directors beginning in 2027. The KCRAR Credentials-Election Committee encourages members who are actively involved in the Association to apply to run for one of the available positions on the Board by Aug. 31.
Available positions include:
Kansas At-Large Directors — Two At-Large Kansas Director positions are open to any REALTOR® member in KCRAR’s Kansas jurisdiction, including Chapters. These directors will be elected by Kansas KCRAR members.
Kansas At-Large Broker Representative — This position is open to any Designated REALTOR® member (brokers) in KCRAR’s Kansas jurisdiction. This director will be elected by Kansas KCRAR Designated REALTOR® members.
Small Firm Representative — This position is open to Designated REALTOR® members (brokers) in KCRAR member firms of 20 agents or fewer and is elected by Designated REALTORS® of firms of 20 agents or fewer.
Applications will be reviewed by KCRAR’s Credentials-Election committee. Credentialed candidates will be announced ahead of the director election, which will take place in November. Elected members will serve 3-year terms, beginning January 2027.
Directors serving on the KCRAR Board share their knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry and serve as KCRAR’s main decision-making body by establishing policy and shaping the future direction of the Association.
