KCRAR President Cindy Cunningham announced at the KCRAR annual meeting this week the election of three new directors to the KCRAR Board. They will serve three-year terms beginning January 2025.

Pamela Steele, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, was elected to an At-Large Missouri Director position. Her goals include raising awareness of the Association’s work for REALTORS® and the community.

Angel Williams, Keller Williams, was elected to an At-Large Missouri Director position. Her goals include expanding continuing education courses, implementing diversity initiatives and increasing lobbying efforts.

Michele DuPont, Better Homes and Gardens Kansas City Homes, was elected to the At-Large Kansas Director position. Her goals include bridging the communication gap and increasing member awareness of benefits.

In addition to electing new directors, KCRAR members also elected to pass a proposed change the section of the KCRAR bylaws that outlines eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors. This new change added the following verbiage: “The Board of Directors shall have the authority to adopt requirements and qualifications that must be satisfied by any member seeking to serve as a Director of KCRAR under these Bylaws.”
