Supra Launches Single Access Codes

May 2, 2024 in KCRAR

KCRAR Supra eKEY® holders may now grant a single access key to licensed real estate agents from outside KCRAR jurisdictional territory or who are not members of KCRAR. This single assess key also may also provide access for industry partners such as home inspectors, photographers or contractors, if approved by the property owner.

Authorization must be granted by the listing agent via the eKEY® app for one-time lockbox access during a designated time window agreed upon by the listing agent and property owner. A $10 fee will apply to the individual seeking access to cover administrative expenses.

Steps to grant Single Access:

  1. Open the eKEY®
  2. Select My Keyboxes
  3. Select the keybox for the property to which you wish to grant access
  4. Select Grant Managed Access
  5. Type in the cell number of the person to whom you wish to grant access (or choose from your contacts). Select access day and time.
  6. Add any pertinent notes regarding the property and then press send

Those receiving the single access code will be delivered a SMS message prompting them to download the eKEY® app. After they have installed the app and registered, they will be texted the single access code.

Why do you charge the $10 to people who already pay $20/month for the Supra service?

Agree with Paul. And is charging someone who isn’t a KCRAR or Heartland member “REALLLLLY” in the best interest of OUR clients??? (OUR clients!!!) Seems its in the best interest of the association. As if we don’t already pay enough dues/fees, etc.

This a great feature! I hope that REALTOR associations neighboring KCRAR will reciprocate!
