Drive through the KCRAR Leawood Office parking lot on May 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to safely dispose of unneeded files. Each box of shred materials will be a $5 donation to raise funds for this year’s REALTORS® Rock the Block event with Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City.
Not only is shredding a safe way to protect clients’ private information when disposing of old files, but shredding at Shred Day is also an environmentally friendly way to dispose of files, keeping these items out of landfills and conserving natural resources. KCRAR’s 2023 Shred Day alone conserved the resources of nearly 200 trees.
Members are welcome to spread the word to their clients to offer them the opportunity to safely dispose of their files and small electronics.
