National and local housing experts are meeting in Kansas
City on Aug. 29 for the Fair Housing and Equality Summit.
13th St., from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and includes parking and

Presented
by the city’s Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department and Human Relations
Department, the summit also features workshops on fair housing and home
ownership and opportunities to meet with local REALTORS® and lenders.
The
keynote speaker is Will Jordan, executive director of the St. Louis Equal
Housing and Opportunity Council.
