KCRAR member Kathy Minden was honored at this week’s KCRAR Board of Directors meeting for earning the Emeritus achievement, which recognizes 40 years of REALTOR® membership.
Minden served as the 2014 President of KCRAR and the 2018 President of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® (KAR). She earned the REALTOR® of the Year Award from both KCRAR and KAR in 2022. She is an active Director on the Heartland MLS Board, and she has served multiple terms on the KCRAR Board of Directors and the KAR Board of Directors.
In addition to her time on the Board of Directors, Minden has also volunteered on numerous KCRAR committees, including Forms Committee, Grievance Committee, Kansas Advocacy Committee, REALTOR® Party Advisory Group and more. She is a REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor and Hall of Fame member, indicating a lifetime investment of $25,000.
