We’ve switched to a new online Association Management System (AMS) to provide you with an optimal online experience and 24-7 access to your member profile through your new member portal. We need your help in verifying your member information in the new system to ensure seamless access to your member services and billing preferences, including all previous credit card auto pay opt ins for both KCRAR & Heartland MLS. To begin the easy verification process, please read through the steps below and then click on the link at the bottom of this email to sign in with your existing KCRAR/Matrix username and password. Step 1: This is your member portal log in screen. Here, you will enter your existing KCRAR/Matrix Username & Password to access your account.

Step 2: Follow the prompt to verify your membership information by clicking Continue. Verify/update your information within each section highlighted in the image to the right, clicking save for each section screen.

Step 3: To verify credit card/auto payment for KCRAR or HMLS, you must complete the two billing sections highlighted in the image to the right. Due to security protocol, previous auto payments could not be transferred to the new system. All members must resubscribe to continue
auto payments.
