Agents can earn nine hours of CE credit as well as credit toward an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation on April 28 & 29. KCRAR will be bringing in St. Louis REALTOR® and instructor Nate Johnson to teach the two-day ABR® course.
The ABR® designation is designed for real estate buyer’s agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. ABR® designees have continuous access to education, industry information, marketing materials and more. These resources can boost referrals and lead generation, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
In this course, Johnson will teach specific ABR® objectives and strategies, including buyer counseling, offers, negotiations and more.
