MREC Extends License Renewal Deadlines

April 2, 2020 in Education

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) has extended its 2020 license renewal deadlines. The salesperson expiration date and Continuing Education (CE) deadline have been extended from Sept. 30 to Oct. 31, 2020. The broker expiration date and CE deadline have been extended from June 30 to Aug. 31, 2020.

MREC has also temporarily modified its rules to allow for approved schools to offer live classes via webinar for CE credit. KCRAR will be offering nine live webinar classes during April for Missouri CE credit. These classes will have a live instructor teaching each course during its specific time block, creating a similar experience for students as a live class, but online.
