KCRAR is rolling out a new Latte & Learn education
series for members, beginning April 13. Baristas from Espresso Ah La Cart will
be making special order lattes, cappuccinos, mochas or espressos to begin each
of these free non-CE education sessions.
“Knowledge and experience is what sets REALTORS® apart from
their competition,” Director of Education Alison Trevor said. “In cooperation
with the KCRAR Professional Development Committee, we are really excited to roll
out monthly Latte & Learns that will enhance your real estate business on
so many levels. What better way to start your Friday than with a free specialty
coffee and a great education? Please join us every month!”
Sessions will last from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on select Friday
mornings in the coming months. Each lesson is designed to deliver relevant
education with takeaways for members’ real estate businesses. Sessions will
include:
April 13 – Winning a Multiple Offer Situation taught by Ron
Henderson
May 18 – Safety Awareness taught by Tracey Hawkins
June 15 – Coming soon properties / HMLS Rules and
Regulations taught by Patti Dauer and Elaina Lueker
