Kansas City REALTOR® and KCRAR 2023 President-Elect Cindy Cunningham was named Salesperson of the Year for the state of Kansas this week at the Kansas Association of REALTORS® (KAR) Annual Conference.
Nominees from across the state are judged for this award not only based on dedication to the real estate industry through adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, but also on business conduct, service to clients and history of past production, including listing activities and selling activities.
Cunningham is an agent with Better Homes and Gardens Kansas City Homes. In addition to serving as 2023 KCRAR President-Elect, she is also the current chair of the KCRAR Strategic Planning Committee. She has been heavily involved with the REALTOR® community on the local state and national levels, serving on many committees as well as the KAR Board of Directors. Cunningham is a major investor in RPAC, earning the Sterling “R” for her annual investment, and she is a member of RPAC’s President’s Circle.
