NAR Launched its Commitment
to Excellence (C2EX) program this year to encourage its members to make
professionalism a priority. The program consists of 10 competencies personalized
to the user based on a self-assessment. In order to highlight the importance of
professionalism among its members, KCRAR, the Kansas Association of REALTORS®
(KAR) and Missouri REALTORS® (MR) are offering incentives for members who
complete the C2EX program this year.
KCRAR Challenge
Any KCRAR member in good standing who completes the C2EX program from NAR by Sept. 1 of this
year will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card. Five winners will be
chosen at random the first week of September.
The following KCRAR members have already completed the C2EX
program and are entered to win the KCRAR challenge: Christian Barnes, Mary
Edwards, Jim Gamble, Terri Gilgour, Jeff Hill, Julie Horseman, Bobbi Howe, Whitney
Meddaugh, Peggy Reed, Paul Sidwell and Bill West.
KAR Challenge
Members of KAR will have the opportunity to win one of five
$100 gift cards by posting a video to Facebook promoting the program. Members
interested in this contest must complete the C2EX program, be one of the first
25 members to upload their video to Facebook, and tag @KCRAR and @KansasRealtor
in the post.
KAR is also offering an additional incentive. The first 100
KAR members to complete the C2EX program will be entered into a drawing for a
chance to win a sponsored registration to the 2019 NAR Annual Conference in San
Francisco on Nov. 8-11. Both this and the Facebook video contest will end Sept.
1.
MR “Cruise to
Excellence” Challenge
Members of Missouri REALTORS® (MR) in good standing who
complete the C2EX program by Dec. 31 will be entered for a chance to win a
$2,500 travel voucher. That voucher may be used to pay for travel costs such as
flights and lodging to a destination of the winner’s choice.
Additionally, all MR members who complete the C2EX program
will be invited to attend a special reception during the 2020 January business
conference, where the “Cruise to Excellence” winner will be drawn.
