Homesnap is bringing a special exhibit to Xplode on March 29
and will be offering a new class the following day on March 30 from 11 a.m. to
12:30 p.m. in the KCRAR classroom. The class, entitled Homesnap Pro 101: Everything You Need to Know, will provide training
for how to use the app.
The Homesnap Pro app is offered to KCRAR members as a
no-cost member benefit. The app gives access to Heartland MLS information from
smart phones and mobile devices. It provides basic facts about homes instantly,
including value, last sale date and price.
The Homesnap Pro 101 class will cover details in how to use
the app, including property listing and search, setting the agent safety timer,
agent-client exclusivity, in-app messaging and client communication, creating a
rapid CMA, and agent productivity and transaction history.
This class is free to members, and in preparation for it,
attendees are asked to have their mobile device at the class with the Homesnap
Pro app already registered on the device.
