KCRAR’s next Latte and
Learn will be a look into historic properties. The session, called Historic
Properties: Pricing & MLS Anatomy, will take place on Friday, Sept. 14 from
9 to 11 a.m. in the KCRAR classroom, with coffee and networking from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and the learning session immediately following.
The instructor, Audrey Elder, has been co-owner of Past to Present Research, LLC for
8 years, and she previously worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State
of Missouri from 2005 to 2015. Audrey has logged numerous hours of advanced
study in Missouri State Historic Preservation Office continuing education. She
is also the author of Selling Historic Properties for Real Estate Agents,
available for purchase through the KCRAR Store.
“I often get calls, texts and emails asking for help from
real estate agents that have taken my CE class or were referred by another
agent in their office,” Elder said. “These questions are typically ones that
can’t be addressed in the CE class. This presentation is based entirely on
those topics and will provide specific information in regards to marketing,
researching, and pricing historic properties as well as advising their clients
on restoration options.”
As always, free made-to-order specialty coffees will be
served to all Latte and Learn
attendees.
Registration for this non-CE session is open in
the member portal.
