The Home Builders’ Association of Greater Kansas City’s (KCHBA) Fall Parade of Homes is happening now through Oct. 9, featuring 269 homes in eight counties around the Kansas City region. Homes in the Parade range from the mid-$200,000s to $2.5 million. This semi-annual event is the second largest of its kind in the United States, according to KCHBA.
Types of homes featured on the parade will include townhomes, villas, maintenance-provided communities and single-family homes, with a variety of floor plans. Parade viewers will find homes from nearly 100 different builders spread across the metro from Overland Park to Lee’s Summit to Liberty and more.
Admission is free, and homes are available to view daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parade guides are available at all parade homes during the event as well as online and in the Kansas City Parade of Homes mobile app.
