I am very proud that our Association has been taking the COVID-19 issue seriously from the beginning and is making safety the number one priority for our members and the public. All 40 of our employees in our three office locations were trained and equipped to work from home, and we are fully operational and working remotely to serve our members.
All education services are now online, including new member orientation and CE, and they are all completely free to our members. MLS Services are fully operational with significant changes and emergency rules in place to assist our agents to virtually assist their customers and clients and eliminate all unnecessary personal interaction.
Your leaders and staff at KCRAR and Heartland MLS have been in constant communication with our elected officials since the announcement of the Stay at Home Ordinance. We have received tremendous cooperation and have put together a Best Practices Guide for your reference.
