MLS Director, Kansas City RealTalk host and previous Salesperson of the Year,
Alex Goering, was one of 30 twenty-something REALTORS® selected by NAR’s
REALTOR® Magazine to be highlighted in this year’s 30 Under 30.
Earlier this month, REALTOR® Magazine’s panel of judges
selected 50 finalists from nearly 300 applicants from across the country. This
week, those 50 finalists were narrowed to 30, and Goering was selected among 29
other distinguished young REALTORS®.
“I appreciate all of the opportunities that I’ve had to
serve the real estate industry and local homeowners, and I look forward to
continuing to serve for years to come,” Goering said. “I truly believe that our
association is one of the best in the nation, and that we foster agent
involvement, industry innovation and healthy cooperation in an ever-changing
marketplace. I’m grateful to be a product of that culture.”
Goering is the first REALTOR® from Kansas to be selected for
30 Under 30 in eight years, and the first in the Kansas City area in ten years.
To qualify for 30 Under 30, Goering was judged not only on business success,
but on community and professional leadership as well.
“I am in awe of Alex’s commitment to the Association and
willingness to volunteer,” KCRAR President Steve Moyer said. “Starting his
first year he has been involved from education to advocacy. It is
impressive to see the impact he has on our Association. He is proof, busy
people get more done.”
