The 2025 KCRAR Residential Forms will be released on Dec. 16 on kcrar.com, formsRus and dotloop. 18 forms were changed for the upcoming year by the KCRAR Residential Forms Committee, led by 2024 Chair Jessica Thomas, including some forms that were changed in August 2024. All changes are outlined in the summary of changes document and the video below.
One of the most notable changes was a title change to the former “Residential Septic System Addendum.” This contract addendum has been renamed the “Wastewater System Addendum” and revised to include other types of wastewater systems. Additionally, the following forms will be removed from the KCRAR forms library:
- Cooperation Agreement Between Brokers
- Coronavirus Addendum/Amendment
- Coronavirus Hold Harmless Agreement
- NAR Settlement-Buyer Agency Contract Amendment
- NAR Settlement-Listing Contract Amendment
KCRAR recommends all members discontinue use of the 2024 forms as soon as practical after the release of the 2025 forms, or by Feb. 15, 2025 at the very latest. All 2025 KCRAR residential contract forms will display a 2025 copyright date at the bottom of the last page of each form. 2024 forms will remain available for a limited time on kcrar.com.
KCRAR will continue to provide members with paid subscriptions to formsRus and dotloop Premium as a member benefit. Updated KCRAR forms can be found on kcrar.com on Dec. 16, dotloop and formsRus on or around Dec. 16 and on any other forms products that license KCRAR forms by early January.
