You’ll get access to standard commercial real estate forms and contracts as well as free continuing education courses online and in-person. KCRAR Commercial members also have the opportunity to subscribe to the Heartland Commercial Data Exchange.
KCRAR Commercial offers three membership types to fit your specific needs as a commercial broker or commercial service provider:
Commercial Broker Membership
As a Commercial Broker with KCRAR Commercial, you will have access to all the benefits above, including KCRAR member benefits and KCRAR Commercial networking opportunities and events.
Commercial REALTOR® Membership
As a Commercial REALTOR® with KCRAR Commercial, you will have access to all the benefits above, as well as all the benefits offered through the National Association of REALTORS®. As a full REALTOR® member, you will have access to Heartland MLS, where you can search for listed properties throughout the Kansas City Region.
Commercial Industry Partner Membership
If you’re not a commercial agent, but you provide services or products for the commercial real estate industry, a Commercial Industry Partnership with KCRAR Commercial might be perfect for your business. You’ll be invited to attend the many networking opportunities and events, where you can get to know commercial brokers from across the region.
