Application Process

We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®! Before you start a REALTOR® membership with us, you must first have a real estate license. If you still need to get licensed, check out our getting licensed page. If you already have your real estate license or are interested in an Industry Partner membership, we’ve laid out your next steps here for you.

Membership Application
1

Fill out our  membership application. If you’re coming from a different REALTOR® association, you’ll need to include a letter of good standing from that association. To learn about membership pricing, click here.

Heartland MLS Access
2

If you’re applying for a REALTOR® membership, you’ll be guided to an application for MLS subscriber access after completing your membership application. This is necessary to get your login credentials for Heartland MLS.

If you’re applying for a REALTOR® membership, you’ll need key access to show listings to your buyers and lockboxes for your listed properties. Once your application for membership has been approved, you will receive an invitation to set up your e-Key services through the Supra mobile app. If you’re an inspector Industry Partner, you can get a special type of key access too.

New Member Education

Once you’re officially a KCRAR member, you’ll need to take a few required classes within your first 60 days of joining KCRAR.

Third Party Subscriptions

Your KCRAR membership will come with access to many different third party apps that you’ll have the option to create accounts for as well.
