Updates Heartland MLS Rules & Regulations

On March 1, 2021 Heartland MLS will implement the NAR approved Standard of Practice rules for multiple listing services. This update to Heartland MLS’s Rules and Regulations will include changes to:

• Section 1.2 – Detail Of Listings Filed With The Heartland MLS
• Section 7 – Authority To Impose Discipline
• Section 9 – Enforcement of Rules and Regulations

Additionally, the Heartland MLS Board of Directors voted to implement changes to the following other sections on March 1:

• Section 2.4 – Reporting Sales To Service
• Section 7.3 – Penalties
