Dispute Resolution System

Dispute Resolution is a process for buyers and sellers to attempt to resolve their disagreements with the help of an impartial, trained mediator. KCRAR members can offer a dispute resolution service to their buyers and sellers when these situations occur. This system offers an alternative to court that is faster and less expensive than litigation, non-adversarial and allows parties to retain the right to pursue other legal remedies.
