KCRAR REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year Award Nomination Form

The REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year Award will be selected from nominees submitted from the entire Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® membership by REALTOR® Broker members or other members of KCRAR. Designated REALTORS®, REALTOR® Brokers (acting broker of office), and owner/partners are not eligible for this award, and nominees may not have served in any of the above-mentioned Broker capacity positions during the award year. Having a corporate title does not eliminate a salesperson from being a nominee for the award. The nominee must be a member in good standing with the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®. The current and immediate past Association Presidents are not eligible for this award. Applicant will not be considered for this award if they have received this award within the past five years.

The Award Selection Committee shall be composed of the past three years recipients of the REALTOR® of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, Newcomer of the Year, Good Neighbor Community Service Award winner and Industry Partner of the Year. Only information on accomplishments during the current calendar year should be included.

Contribution to Local Association (20%)

Participation in all local Association projects, committees, task forces, activities, events, etc. (% attended this year). List in bullet format.

State & National Association Activities (10%)

Attendance at State and NAR Convention, meetings, offices held, committee work. List in bullet format.

Ethics & Cooperation (10%)

Faithfulness to the principles of Association of REALTORS® Bylaws and Code of Ethics efforts to encourage good real estate practices. List in bullet format.

Community Service (10%)

All civic, religious and fraternal organizations of which candidate is a member and offices held during the past two (2) years. List in bullet format.
