Overview & Policies
Mission Statement
Our mission is to assist you in reaching a successful career by building a strong foundation through education so you can best meet the needs of clients and customers through comprehensive knowledge and high ethical standards.
Class Registration
Members may register for classes in the KCRAR Member Portal. All regular three-hour CE classes, and many others, come at no charge to KCRAR members. Specific details on cost can be found in the course descriptions in the Member Portal.
Pre-registration is required. We do not maintain a waiting list; if a class is full, please check back often for cancellations.
Attendance
Late arrivals into a CE class will not be admitted, regardless of the reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is a state regulation that we must adhere to with no exceptions. You will be required to attend the whole class in order to receive a course completion certificate and CE credit.

Assistance
If you have a disability for which you need assistance, e-mail Catharine Sales or call her at 913-661-1600.
Cancellations
To cancel a class enrollment, simply visit the member portal to view the classes your are enrolled in here. Next, click on the course “Details”, select “Cancel” and then click “Submit Cancellation.” Please remember that “no-shows” without prior notice will incur a fine of $30. We understand sudden illness or dead car batteries! At the very least, contact us no later than the morning of the class to avoid the penalty.
Facility
Our school facility includes handicap parking with easy entrance to our first-floor office and classroom. Our classroom is fully equipped with seating for 100, designated handicap seating, a LCD projector and drop-down screen, internet access, whiteboards, coffee service, free filtered water and snack machines.
Grievances
It is the mutual goal of KCRAR and the Kansas Board of Regents to provide quality educational programs. KCRAR members should make every attempt to find a fair and reasonable solution by working with KCRAR to resolve any issue that may arise. If further attention is needed, please visit the Kansas Board of Regents website: Kansas Regents Complaint Process. You can also contact the Kansas and/or Missouri Real Estate Commissions
Suggestions
