Strategic Plan

KCRAR’s Strategic Plan serves as the roadmap for the work of the association. In alignment with KCRAR’s Mission and Values, this plan focuses on five primary pillars:  Voice of Real Estate, Sound Operations, Professional Development, Valuable Member Services and Community Involvement. Within each of these, a set of distinct objectives and action plans exist to allow leadership, committee volunteers and staff to work cohesively and strategically to achieve the short and long-term goals of the association.
