Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

I feel like I Finally have the time to offer to my Life long chosen field of work, not for money but to Give Back! I love the Realtor Community and I want to be a part of the Growth and Change of the Industry.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

To advocate and protect the Real Estate Professionals and our Industry. To educate the Realtors on how to protect the public. To continue to raise the standards in our Industry, and to hold us all accountable to those professional standards

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

I aspire to contribute as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS, aiming to give back to our association while spearheading a trajectory of enhanced professionalism within our industry. With an unwavering commitment to ethical practices and continuous growth, I intend to leverage my experience to foster collaboration, elevate standards, and advocate for innovation. By serving in this capacity, I seek to champion the interests of fellow REALTORS, nurture a culture of excellence, and pave the way for a stronger, more dynamic real estate community that thrives on integrity and professionalism.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

I believe the primary purpose of the association is to embody the essence of real estate advocacy and safeguard private property rights, all the while offering innovative resources, tools, and educational initiatives that center on enhancing member success and professionalism. At the core of our existence is the commitment to safeguard the rights and privileges linked with homeownership, to cultivate ongoing avenues of education, and to elevate the benchmarks within the real estate profession. Through these endeavors, we are resolute in our dedication to serve as a steadfast support for the members of the real estate community.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

Over the upcoming three years, my foremost objective would encompass the establishment of a training benchmark for newly licensed agents within our industry, while upholding the professional standards emblematic of our association. I would also aim to foster increased member engagement of association sponsored events, educational opportunities and active involvement in our diverse communities. Throughout these strategic endeavors, I envision a real estate community that not only thrives on education and collaboration but also embodies the pinnacle of professional excellence, serving as a testament to the dedication and unity of our esteemed association, all while promoting home ownership in our communities.

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

I have seen the evolution of our industry over my 35 year career in the Kansas City real estate community. I see and believe wholeheartedly in the value the association brings to our members and affiliates. Having served on both the Forms and Professional Development Committees, I see the need to enhance advocating for our REALTOR members and the community at large.

In addition, I have seen firsthand the benefits and opportunities afforded the association and forwards on to our members and want to ensure those stay front and center as our business continues to evolve in the coming years.

I feel that as a Director I can help support our members to ensure the high standards of REALTORS are maintained.

Real estate has progressed so far in the last 35 years, and I feel that the best way to contribute to future advancement is to be a voice on the KCRAR Board of Directors.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

What I see as the primary purpose of Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors is to assist members to become the best they can be in their careers. This is accomplished through robust member education, advocacy, meaningful communication, and a focus on inclusion.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

I would like to see the Association bolster the education to members through video learning and office advocates to bridge the communication gap.
Increasing member awareness through those avenues and sharing other benefits to our REALTOR members, their clients, and the communities we serve.

There is so much valuable information that is housed in the KCRAR website and I would love to help to share that knowledge with more members.

I would love to see further expansion on the Code of Ethics where agents not only learn them, but live by them.

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

I am passionate about serving the needs and growth of the Realtors in our community. In our ever-changing industry, it’s critical to share ideas and develop camaraderie with our fellow Agents. It is my wish to be an open and firm advocate of our Members’ interests. There are so many challenges ahead, both known and unknown. Whether in the trenches as a Managing Broker or working on the KCRAR Board of Directors, I am eager for the opportunity to help light the path ahead.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

KCRAR’s primary purpose is to serve the needs of our 13,000+ Members by providing outreach, education and advocacy. By helping to improve our own standards and that of our Members, we create better opportunities for homeownership and investment in our community.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

I would love to create opportunities and initiatives to assist our Members in property investments for long-term wealth. I’m would also be excited to see a push towards helping our Members better understand and utilize the myriad of amazing technilogical tools at our disposal. I believe there’s ample room to make a greater effort towards overall membership participation, including more in-office outreach.

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

I have served the last 3 years on the Board of Directors for KCRAR and believe the next 3 years will be a pivotal time in the Residential Real Estate industry.
It is importan to stay close to all of the changes going on in our industry and have a voice at the table. I am passionate about the real estate industry and protecting the best interests of Realtors and our customers.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

I see KCRAR a trusted resource for important local and national information, education/professional development, leadership and industry advocacy for Realtors. Most Realtors only find the value in the CE classes offered by the association; I would love for Realtors to find and see more purpose and value in the association and what it offers.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

To continue to work with the Board on how to successfully implement the 2022 Strat plan through 2025 and beyond. My primary objective would be to ensure we are keeping the Realtor community up to date with the constant changes of the industry and providing the necessary tools for their success.
