Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?
I would like to serve as a Director to embrace change and enhance the REALTOR brand in the region.
What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?
I see the primary purpose of this Association to provide membership with the best tools and education to be successful in their businesses.
What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?
I would like to see the Association regain public trust in the REALTOR brand.
Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?
Having a seat as a Board Of Director for the Kansas City Regional Assoction of REALTORS would be an absolute honor to me! Being able to represent our amazing REALTORS of the Western District on helping to improve in areas that are still needed to bring a bigger presents in our local communities and Nationally.
I have been a proud member of KCRAR/Heartland MLS since 2005 working side by side with several of you Co-Opting on Real Estate Transaction through the years.
I have been a Board of Director Member for the State of Missouri REALTORS for several years and currently set on two Commitees for the State of Missouri REALTORS (Commerial and Member Engagement in 2025 Strategic Planning) and set on four Commitees with KCRAR (Advocacy, RPAC, Commercial and Global).
I am a graduate of the UMKC Leadership Accademy Program and accepted to participate in the State of Missouri REALTORS Leadership Accademy Program for 2025.
Now I want to do more than Co-Opt with you, I want to resprent you in bringing a bigger, better and briter future to look forward to as REALTORS!
Let’s not ever give up on what we as REALTORS stand for, nor let anyone try and take that away from US!

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?
To represent our members of KCRAR/Heartland MLS in creating new ideas in growing the number of REALTORS and general more business in our communities.
What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?
To bring more presence and awareness of how KCRAR/Heartland MLS is working to make a difference for REALTORS, and our local and surrounding communities.
Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?
Serving on the board allows me to help shape policies that may have a direct impact on the decisions that are made affecting our community. The role also allows me to provide valuable insight from someone that is working in the industry daily. I hope to advocate for the interests of my fellow realtors, ensuring that their voices are heard on important issues, policies, and regulations that impact our work.
What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?
The primary purpose of the association is to serve its member by providing education and tools to equip us to for servicing our clients. Also the association promotes professionalism and ethical standards for us to protect our clients in real estate transactions.
What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?
Develop and expand continuing education courses focusing on emerging trends, technology, sustainability, and ethical practices. Implement initiatives to promote diversity within the association and the real estate profession. Increase lobbying efforts at the local, state, and national levels to address key issues affecting real estate, such as affordable housing, and property rights.
