KCRAR President Andrew Mall announced at the KCRAR annual meeting this week the election of three new directors to the KCRAR Board.
Scott Theis, Stutesman’s Action Realty, was elected to the At-Large Missouri Broker-Owner / Managing Broker Director position. His goals include strengthening communication with Chapters and increasing morale. Theis will be serving a three-year term beginning January 2026.
Cortney Myers, ReeceNichols Country Club Plaza, was elected to the Missouri At-Large Director position. Her goals include technology and innovation; diversity, equity and inclusion in practice; and wellness and sustainability in the industry. Myers will be serving a three-year term beginning January 2026.
Hunter Seabaugh, Lee & Associates Kansas City, was elected to the Commercial Representative Director position. Seabaugh will be serving a one-year term beginning January 2026.
Additionally, the KCRAR membership voted to pass a change to KCRAR Bylaws to align with National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) policy. This change adjusted the language in the bylaws to reflect current practices and policies regarding cooperation in the MLS system.
