Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

As a potential member of the Board of Directors, I am excited about the prospect of leveraging my passion for community service to enrich the Realtors Association’s mission. I am confident that my hands-on experience and contribution in helping others fundraising, food, and clothing drives will align with the Association’s values of community engagement and social responsibility.

I look forward to the opportunity to contribute my dedication, experience, and enthusiasm to the Realtors Association as a member of the Board of Directors, focusing on fostering positive change both within the real estate industry and in the broader community.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

The primary purpose of the KCRAR is to serve as a collective force that upholds the integrity of our profession. As members of the Association of Realtors, we recognize that our unified community empowers us to safeguard the ethical standards and responsibilities of our profession. Through education and shared knowledge, we ensure that Realtor members are well-equipped to guide and serve our communities with the utmost integrity and expertise.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

Encourage Realtors to be more involved in task forces, association activities, and various aspects that matter to them.

Goal 2: Understand and Address Realtors’ Needs
Objective 1: Conduct Realtor Surveys and Feedback Sessions- Objective 2: Tailor Services for Business Growth
Goal 3: Foster a Culture of Mentorship and Collaboration
Objective 1: Launch a Mentorship Program – Objective 2: Showcase Community Contributions
Goal 4: Facilitate Idea Sharing and Innovation
Objective 1: Create Idea-Sharing Platforms where Realtors can freely share their ideas for improving the association and the real estate industry.
Implement a reward system or recognition for the most innovative and practical ideas presented.
Objective 2: Implement Select Ideas and choose the most viable and impactful ideas generated by Realtors and work on their implementation.

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

Serving can be a rewarding and impactful role, offering various benefits and reasons to my consideration of taking on the responsibility. Being a Director would provide me with the opportunity to:

  • Influence the decision-making for the future of our organization,
  • Represent the interests and concerns of the members,
  • Enhance my leadership skills by working with the other directors,
  • Advocate for policies that benefit the real estate industry and homeownership,
  • Engage in strategic planning for the future of the association,
  • Have a voice in the association’s fiscal health.

My involvement over the past few years has helped me grow as an individual and a Realtor. I would like to give back by dedicating my time, expertise, and support to the growth of fellow associates. Lastly, being involved enhances my professional reputation in the industry and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

I believe the primary purpose of the Association is the commitment is to enhance, expand, and educate our members, while championing the American dream of homeownership and private property rights. Furthermore, we strive to offer accessible resources and tools to ensure member success, all the while elevating the standards of the real estate profession.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

KCRAR has done a great job focusing on enhancing member support and value, other objectives I would like to see: continue to collaborate with local authorities on attainable housing, educating members about the importance and their involvement of RPAC, expanding the rental network in the MLS for an added value to our members, and fostering growth within our new global business council both locally and internationally.

Why do you wish to serve as a Director of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®?

More experience in leadership and giving back to my profession. Helping other Realtors be the best that they can be! Creating a bridge between leadership and what is actually happening in the current real estate market.

What do you see as the primary purpose of this Association?

To help our local realtors be successful by offering opportunities for growth. Staying connected to the current market and what is actually happening that needs to be addressed. Being a partner with agents to help educate on need to know information in our ever changing profession.

What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?

Continuing growth as an organization, and continued growth as a metro. More development in bridging the gap between the association and the agents for educating our members on need to know information in our profession.
Even more opportunities created for personal development and growth as a working agent.
