KCRAR Welcomes New Kansas City Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Committee
KCRAR would like to welcome our newest committee, the Kansas City Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
This committee’s mission statement, “Empower Real Estate Professionals that serve the Hispanic Community through Service, Education and Professional Development,” embodies their goal of increasing awareness of the needs of the Hispanic community. Social events, as well as educational sessions geared toward the Hispanic community are on their agenda for the year. Committee members will also help provide valuable content to our publications to help educate our membership about the growing Hispanic real estate market. Please watch for their new Facebook page and website presence on the KCRAR website in the near future.
Maria Zuluaga with REMAX Realty Suburban (pictured here) has been selected to Chair this year’s committee with Elizabeth Ramirez with Keller Williams Realty Partners as Vice-Chair.
Zuluaga shares, "Our goal is to create awareness to our fellow REALTORS®
about the Kansas City Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Committee that is here to support them, help them grow their business and to help them better serve the growing Hispanic community."
Zuluaga has 18 years of experience in new home sales, resale and new construction and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. She was voted “Best in Client Satisfaction” for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the KC Magazine. Zuluaga also participates on KCRAR’s grievance committee as well as the Professional Standards committee and is a board member for the Habitat for Humanity family selection committee.
